A year ago taper's section let loose of a few '66 numbers not found anywhere else, including a Mindbender with a very cool guitar solo.

They also shared the unusual Cream Puff War from the 1966 Rare Oddities release (that album is well worth getting, a collection of live and studio '66 previously unreleased stuff).

I think that video is from the 1-8-66 Test....which for some reason isn't on the Archive? Several blues numbers like King Bee & Death, which are interesting since they show that the Dead's approach to their blues songs changed very little over time.
